Mission Statement

Producing competent and productive TVET graduates based on demand driven TVET programs for sustainable development.


Enhance the quality of TVET programs and services ensuring 75% employment of graduates by 2023.

Quality Policy

It is the policy of the Training Center to ensure the development of qualified, efficient and knowledgeable graduates who are globally competitive thus:

  • All training programs shall adopt a Competency – Based Training Delivery System to meet the performance standards of job requirements in the industry;
  • There  is a clear organizational structure which clearly defines function and line of responsibility and accountability to ensure quality training;
  • All personnel are committed to adopt the PTC – Iba Quality System.

To achieve this we commit to comply with the applicable requirements and continually improve systems and processes through:
