Sec. Isidro Lapeña Phd. CSEE, TESDA Director General visited the TESDA Provincial Training Center – Iba and TESDA Provincial Office last September 4, 2020 to monitor the ground situation amid COVID-19 pandemic. He was accompanied by the COS-ODG of TESDA, Director Juliet Orozco and TESDA III Regional Director MGen. Jesus A. Fajardo AFP(Ret), MMOAS.

They were warmly welcomed by Provincial Director Antoinette Ma. Cardasto and PTC-Iba Center Administrator Eugene I. Peñaranda together with the PTC-Iba and PO Staff. Part of his visit was the Ceremonial Tree Planting of Sweet Elena Mango variety.
